A subdivision with its own mall? Yes, you read it right - a subdivision with its own mall, a community with prime amenities and the convenience of having its own mall, the Star Mall. It is said to be owned by Real Estate tycoon Manny Villar, the developer of Vista Land and other residential estates in the Philippines.

The Location
It's only three minutes drive away from my home and five minutes drive from Mintal Commercial District. Too bad they didn't started this project when I was still in high school, I'm pretty sure it would be the students' favorite spot to hang-out with their friends.
